International Unveils "Dealership Of The Future"
International has unveiled the new Western region International dealership of the future
International has unveiled the new Western region International dealership of the future.
McCandless International Trucks of Colorado in Aurora offers a one-stop shop delivering International brand products, services and support.
"This is more than a redesigned dealership - it's a commitment to enriching the owners and exciting the drivers by delivering to our customers the highest level of quality and service," said Scott McCandless, dealer principal. "It is our hope that this new dealership will symbolize how International will continue to raise the bar, creating an environment that provides customers comfort and convenience - from the sales office, to the parts counter, to the driver's lounge, to the service center."
The most prominent feature of the new dealership is the striking International Diamond Tower, made up of two large pillars with the bold International Diamond logo in the center. The arch spans the entrance to the 78,000-square-foot facility. Other features include:
Modern service center with 48 service bays, a resurfaced floor and insulated service doors;
Full-service paint and body shop, with a two-bay paint booth, eight drive-in body shop bays, a steam bay and front-end alignment and dynometer equipment;
The new, spacious and comfortable "Eagle's Nest" driver's lounge, featuring workstations that include phones and modem outlets, a large-screen television and comfortable family room style seating;
Renovated parts display-area that offers a wide selection of service parts and major components of all original equipment manufacturers, as well as offices for parts salesman and will-call parts customers;
A larger, comfortable sales department with additional computer stations to more efficiently serve customers; and
New facility for IdeaLease of Colorado, offering full-service maintenance lease alternatives along with daily equipment rentals.
