Support for truck customers doesn't end when the truck is driven off of the dealer's lot. International Truck and Engine is launching a new customer program called "International Advantage" that provides a new level
of support to International truck customers.
"The International Advantage program provides customers with tools and insights to better manage their business," said Matt Aldrich, director of Customer Relationship Management, International Truck and Engine. "This customized program features a robust mix of benefits including more than $2,500 in retail partner discounts, business-specific newsletters, and a personalized fleet and business management web portal."
Members can customize their own "Members Corner" web portal with features that include:
· Fleet Management Tools - Customers can manage their fleet and enter/track their fuel and maintenance records and receipts online.
· Business Management Tools - Customers can stay informed of the latest regulatory briefs, learn more about tax tips and review business insights with this area of the site.
· Event and Industry Updates - News sources, podcasts and special events news are all in one area on the web site. The customizable Members Corner feature allows customers to add links to sites visited most often.
Members will also receive monthly e-mail newsletters, a quarterly printed newsletter and a membership card that entitles them to discounts with more than 350 retail partners including Valvoline, Office Depot, Costco, Jackson Hewitt, Hyatt, Days Inn, Eddie Bauer and Target.com.
International customers can learn more by visiting their local International dealer or by going to www.internationaldelivers.com/advantage.
