ICON Raises Team Driver Pay 11%
ICON Transportation Co. Inc. announced an 11% wage increase for team drivers. The raise will bring company team driver pay from $.395 to $.44 per mile and will take effect immediately

ICON Transportation Co. Inc. announced an 11% wage increase for team drivers. The raise will bring company team driver pay from $.395 to $.44 per mile and will take effect immediately.
The increase in pay is in conjunction with ICON’s 2005 plans for increasing the company¹s overall fleet mileage by 10%.
“We realize the crunch the new hours of service rules have put on our drivers and the resulting premium put on teams. ICON wants to put driver co-owners in the best position possible to earn a good living, abide by the new regulations, and most of all, be safe. Said Tim Onstott, ICON’s Director of Fleet.
ICON Transportation is also offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for new team drivers, flexible scheduling and a dedicated home time policy designed to keep families together.
