Hyundai Translead announced its acceptance into the Environmental Protection Agency SmartWay Transport Partnership Program as a producer of an EPA SmartWay-Certified dry freight van trailer.
Hyundai Translead can now produce the HT Original dry van trailer to SmartWay specifications for customers wishing to reduce their carbon footprint and save fuel.
"Hyundai Translead has always taken environmental care seriously with the various raw material, water, and waste recycling programs currently in use at our manufacturing facility," said Brett Bartels, manager of marketing. "This certification paves the way for future innovative designs and environmentally conscious equipment to add to our product line-up."
