Hyundai Translead Adds New Master Parts Dealer
Stuart James, vice president of sales, has announced the addition of Aurora Parts as a master parts dealer for Hyundai Translead, as well as the complete restructuring of Hyundai Translead’s Aftermarket Department.

In addition, Ora Edwards has been named manager of Aftermarket Parts
Aurora Parts joins the four current Master Parts Dealers in North America; Belgrade Parts, Southeast Trailer Mart, ITEC Canada, and RESALTA in Mexico. Hyundai Translead believes this arrangement “will offer better delivery times and service to our customers through a broader parts network made up of trailer aftermarket professionals. We intend to provide better and timelier information to our customers and ensure quicker deliveries of the parts they need.” said James.
Edwards comes to Hyundai Translead with more than eight years experience in the aftermarket arena.
Under the new procedures, the aftermarket department is sending quotes back to the dealers within hours, while quotes are returned with lead times attached so the customer can make a well-informed decision.
Internally, new processes have been put into place to allow tracking of orders to ensure that promised delivery dates are met. Additional staff has been added to make sure that the information given to both the Master Parts Dealer and the dealer in the field is both timely and accurate.
The Aftermarket Department at Hyundai Translead can be reached at (800) 506-7710 or by email at parts@translead.com.
