Horton to Provide Support for SACHS Driveline Clutches
Horton has entered into a joint sales agreement with ZF Services (Vernon Hills, Ill.) and ZF Sachs (Northville, Mich.) to provide sales support for the SACHS line of driveline clutches to the heavy-duty aftermarket in the United States and Canada

SACHS manual-adjust and Twin XTend self-adjust clutches
Worldwide, ZF Sachs is the largest manufacturer of clutch systems for heavy commercial vehicles. Innovations such as the dual-mass flywheel, TwinXtend self-adjust clutch and ConAct pneumatic clutch actuator are just some of the products ZF Sachs has developed to reduce torsional vibrations, increase clutch life and ease pedal effort.
Due to the growing demand for SACHS 15.5" (293.7 mm) manual-adjust and TwinXtend self-adjust clutches in North America, ZF Services and ZF Sachs have partnered with Horton to provide field sales support to the heavy-duty aftermarket.
ZF selected Horton for the company's strong field presence, training programs and commitment to customer service. This product line expands Horton's offering to commercial-vehicle and industrial-equipment markets.
"The agreement allows Horton to provide a broader range of products backed by our reliable industry-leading sales and customer support," says Jeff Lindgren, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
