The Holland Group, Inc. has announced that several traditional Holland fifth wheel models are now available as active options within the data books of the Freightliner Group, which includes the Freightliner, Western Star and Sterling brands.
In addition to Holland's traditional fifth wheel offerings, they have expanded their Freightliner offerings with the acquisition of the Simplex fifth wheel product line from Consolidated Metco in the fall of 2004. Through this acquisition, traditional product improvements and new product development, Holland presents Freightliner customers with a stronger product line and greater selection than ever before.
"Looking ahead, we will be active partners with the Freightliner Sales and Service organization with the goal of creating greater value for all Freightliner, Western Star and Sterling customers," said Jim Bush, Holland's vice president of sales and service.
"We are happy to provide our customers with quality products from Holland," said Mark Lampert, senior vice president of sales for Freightliner. "We continually strive to offer our customers the best products for Freightliner vehicle specifications in our data books."
