German filter manufacturer Hengst is expanding its presence in the North American market.

Hengst of North America exhibited for the first time at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Ky. They presented numerous patented innovations for the trucking industry. Focusing on the OE sector, original equipment filters were presented for International, Freightliner, Western Star, Sterling, Detroit Diesel and Mercedes Trucks.

Hengst is recognized for its filter technology and multifunctional fluid management modules. As a development partner and systems supplier for the automotive industry, the company supplies virtually all leading manufacturers. The U.S. headquarters & manufacturing plants are based in Camden, S.C. The OE Customer Center is based in Detroit.

Hengst has its corporate headquarters in Muenster, Germany. The company is recognized internationally for its expertise in filter technology and multifunctional fluid management modules.

Pursuing the course of expansion in North America, Hengst recently won several new OEM projects and is expanding it's distribution network for the independent aftermarket in the heavy duty segment.
