HDMA Elects New Board Chairman for 2015
The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association named Tim Myers, president of Alcoa Wheel and Transportation Products, as its chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association named Tim Myers, president of Alcoa Wheel and Transportation Products, as its chairman of the Board of Directors. The appointment came through the HDMA’s annual election of officers and governors during a recent governor’s meeting.
Myers has served on the board since 2005 and has been a member of the HDMA’s executive committee since 2009. He plays a part in the HDMA board’s strategic planning group and participates in the association’s affairs.
Myers has led Alcoa Wheel and Transportation Products since 2009.
The HDMA board is responsible for the strategic direction, performance and member satisfaction of the more than 220 member association. The HDMA’s mission is to advance the commercial vehicle supplier industry and the business interests of its members.
The HDMA is a division of the Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association and provides industry leadership for NAFTA based OE and aftermarket suppliers in the on and off-highway commercial vehicle equipment industry.
