The deadline for suppliers to register for the One-on-One Business Meetings program at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) is Monday, Oct. 8. HDAW 2008 will be held Jan. 21-24 at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nev.
Prescheduled One-on-One Business Meetings are an integral part of HDAW. This year, the One-on-One Business Meetings will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 23-24, 2008, at The Mirage and it is anticipated that more than 1,200 One-on-One Business Meetings will be scheduled. With this volume of meetings, it is critical that suppliers book early for these private meetings.
"HDAW One-on-One Business Meetings will be the best and most extensive in the industry," said HDAW chairman Jerry Weis. "Suppliers will have the opportunity on Wednesday morning and all day Thursday to meet with their customers in pre-scheduled business meetings. Plus, they will be able to demonstrate products and services in their booth on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. This offers a greatly enhanced experience with current and potential customers."
Participation in the One-on-One Business Meetings is limited to distributor companies and exhibiting manufacturers that are members of at least one of the sponsoring or affiliated organizations. All pre-scheduled One-on-One Business Meetings will be held in the privacy of the manufacturers' suites.
Supplier registration for the One-on-One Business Meetings, as well as exhibitor registration and housing arrangements are available at www.hdaw.org.
For more information about the HDAW One-on-One Business Meetings, contact Angelo Volpe or Ramona Greene, at (904) 737-2900, info@cvsn.org.
