Heavy-duty industry professionals attending education sessions during Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week '10 can receive University of the Aftermarket Continuing Educations Units, which can be applied toward their Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) and/or Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) certificates.


HDAW will be held Jan. 18-21 at the Mirage in Las Vegas.

Developed in partnership with industry associations and Northwood University, the AAP and MAAP certification programs are designed to highlight the educational and professional achievements of each recipient and, by extension, demonstrate the resulting competitive advantage for employers and the aftermarket industry.

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week is the largest North American gathering of the independent heavy-duty industry. More than 1,400 managers and executives from 17 countries - including distributors, manufacturers, service providers, educators and media - attended the 2009 conference in Orlando. An even larger group is expected for the 2010 event.
