Education sessions conducted during HDAW conference have been accredited for University of the Aftermarket Continuing Educations Units (CEU).
Heavy-duty industry professionals attending any or all of these sessions will be able to apply these CEU's toward their Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) and/or Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) certificates.

Distributor education program participants can earn up to 1.0 full CEU credit for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2011. Accredited sessions include:

* OEM Dealers vs. Heavy Duty Distributors: Point - Counterpoint
* The New Health Care Law: What It Means For Your Business
* Steps To Developing Sales Approaches That Inspire
* Left of Boom: How to Make Your Facility Immune to Union Organizing
* A/R Management: Turning Sales into Cash
* Today's Tactics for Tomorrow's Trucks
* Mobile Devices and Wireless Technologies for Better Connections
* CSA 2010: Threat or Opportunity for the Heavy Duty Aftermarket

Developed in partnership with industry associations and Northwood University, the AAP and MAAP certification programs are designed to highlight the educational and professional achievements of each recipient and, by extension, demonstrate the resulting competitive advantage for employers and the aftermarket industry.
