Grumman Olson Industries Inc. will add refrigerated truck bodies to its line of aluminum walk-in vans and parcel delivery trucks with the purchase of Complete Refrigerated Truck Bodies, Alvaton, GA.
In addition to refrigerated truck bodies, Complete makes light and heavy duty refrigerated trucks and dry freight vans. Grumman Olson plans to build Complete's refrigerated trucks at its plants in Sturgis, MI; Montgomery, PA; and Tulare, CA. Complete's Alvaton plant will add Grumman Olson's cutaway body to its production line and expand production of dry vans.
As part of the transaction, Grumman Olson acquired Complete's transportation company, Dawley Transportation, which will change its name to GO Transportation.
