GEOCOMtms, a provider of advanced solutions for tracking, monitoring and messaging, and Maddocks Systems Inc., a leading supplier of trucking software, have announced a partnership
that integrates their technologies to improve the management of trucks within a fleet.
Under the agreement, Maddocks Systems Inc. has integrated TruckMate for Windows (TM4Win), with A.MAZE Tracking, a fleet tracking, messaging and communication gateway software solution by GEOCOMtms.
The collaboration provides fleet managers and dispatchers with the combination of two management systems, brought together via the user interface of TM4Win.
TM4Win, coupled with A.MAZE Tracking's capacity to track and communicate in "real-time" with a fleet's mobile environment, paves the way to ease of operation and fleet efficiency, according to principals of both companies.
"With A.MAZE Tracking, Maddocks' users will be able to communicate, track and retrieve valuable information from their trucks to secure a necessary competitive advantage required in today's trucking environment," said Brian Dernesch, product manager of A.MAZE Tracking division.
"We strongly believe that this partnership will add value to both offerings and will provide fleets with the necessary data to run successful operations."
"At Maddocks we strive to offer TruckMate for Windows users the ability to integrate their operation with top-tier transportation technology providers," said Bob Maddocks, president and CEO of Maddocks Systems Inc. "A.MAZE Tracking provides a powerful tool to manage resources and adapt to changes in a 'real-time' trucking operation."
The integration provides a bridge between the two software products, giving customers a two-way communication system to relay information and data via satellite.
