Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America promoted Gene Hedbany from product support manager to a new position as manager, field services.
Hedbany will be based out of Fuso’s headquarters in Logan Township, New Jersey, and will travel in the field with the company’s field service manager staff.

He joined Fuso in 1994, after serving as a regional parts and service manager for another original equipment manufacturer. Hedbany joined Mitsubishi Fuso as a product support/field service manager and had a short stint in sales.
“Gene’s extensive field and dealer knowledge will serve him well in his new position and makes him a valuable asset to the service department and to Fuso,” said Jecka Glasman, Fuso president and CEO.
The companies also said they plan to coordinate deployment planning across priority freight corridors and define routes and operational design domains for U.S. commercial service while laying the groundwork for expansion into key European markets.
