Freightliner Trucks has announced its 2008 ASPIRE Award
Winners.
The ASPIRE (Acknowledging Sales, Parts & service, Image and
Relationship Excellence) program recognizes the powerful vision,
dedication and persistence of Freightliner Trucks dealers who push the
boundaries of success in sales, service and customer support. Customers
received their awards during an event on Amelia Island, Fla.
"Our ASPIRE winners are the best of the best in setting new standards
for sales, service and customer support," said Jack Conlan, senior vice
president, Customer Support. "Their achievements create satisfied
customers and stronger dealer networks. It's an honor to congratulate
our top performing Freightliner Trucks Dealers - the 2008 ASPIRE
winners."
Freightliner-Western Star of Evansville, Ind., received the prestigious
ASPIRE 2008 Dealer of the Year Award....a particularly impressive
accomplishment as it was the inaugural Dealer of the Year when the
program began in 2004 and has been an award recipient each subsequent
year.
"Participating in the ASPIRE program helps make us a better dealership,"
says Rip Nichols, the owner. "Every employee buys into its tenets and
works collaboratively toward achieving the different criteria. Winning
this award is wonderful recognition for the employees as it validates
that we are moving in the right direction."
Nichols credits the team atmosphere and focus on customer service for
the dealer's achievements.
"The performance of these winning ASPIRE dealers is especially
noteworthy because in spite of the current economic climate, they
continue to excel and, in many cases, have grown their businesses," said
Martin Osborne, General Manager Dealer Operations. "Their consistently
high level of execution through superior attention to detail represents
a tremendous value to our customers. Daimler Trucks North America is
appreciative of their dedication to the Freightliner brand and proud to
be associated with them. We thank them for their great work in 2008 and
look forward to 2009 with the confidence that they will achieve similar
results."
