Freightliner Trucks recently announced its 2007 ASPIRE Award Winners.
The ASPIRE (Acknowledging Sales, Parts & service, Image and Relationship Excellence) program recognizes "the powerful vision, dedication and persistence of Freightliner Trucks dealers who push the boundaries of success in sales, service and customer support," according to the truck builder.
Fyda Freightliner Columbus Inc. is the recipient of the ASPIRE 2007 Dealer of the Year Award.
"Winning has been a humbling and exhilarating experience," Gary Tiffan. Fyda general manager, said. "Every employee in every department contributed to our success. It's gratifying to receive this recognition. Success begins with people taking care of people. Without that, nothing else matters."
Tiffan manages one of the company's five locations. The Columbus facility, with 110 employees, 26 service bays and 24/7 parts and service, serves highway, vocational and Sprinter van customers. Tiffan credits his great employees, strong customer relationships and the support of company owner Tim Fyda for his company's achievements.
