Freightliner Trucks has announced the recipients of the 2005-2006 ASPIRE Awards. The ASPIRE (Acknowledging Sales, Parts & Service, Image and Relationship Excellence) Program recognizes
Freightliner Trucks dealers who demonstrate superior sales satisfaction, customer service and achieve high levels of performance in all aspects of their business. The award recipients were recognized at a recent awards ceremony in Carlsbad, Calif.
"ASPIRE has been successful in recognizing our top-performing dealers that consistently go above and beyond in all aspects of their business," said Mark Lampert, senior vice president of sales for Freightliner Trucks.
Additionally, as part of the awards program, the 2005-2006 Freightliner Trucks Dealer of the Year award was given to River States Truck and Trailer Inc. in Eau Claire, Wis. for displaying exceptional dedication and performance in each ASPIRE awards criterion and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and service in the Freightliner Trucks dealer network. Joe Laux, president and general sales manager of River States Truck and Trailer Inc., accepted the award on behalf of the dealership.
