Freightliner Names 2004 ASPIRE Award Winners and Dealer of the Year

Freightliner Trucks has announced the recipients of the 2004 ASPIRE Awards.
The ASPIRE (Acknowledging Sales, Parts & service, Image and Relationship Excellence) Program recognizes dealers who demonstrate superior sales satisfaction, customer service and achieve high levels of performance in all aspects of their business. The award recipients were recognized at the recent Freightliner Trucks dealer meeting in Indian Wells, Calif.
As part of the awards program, the 2004 Freightliner Trucks Dealer of the Year award was given to Freightliner of Evansville Inc., Evansville, Ind., for exceptional dedication and performance in each ASPIRE awards criterion and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and service in the Freightliner Trucks dealer network. Rip Nichols, president and general sales manager of Evansville of Freightliner Inc., accepted the award on behalf of the dealership.
The ASPIRE Awards recognize three levels of achievement: Summit, Alpine and
Peak. The Summit Award is for dealers who score in the top 5%; the
Alpine Award is for those in the next 10%; and the Peak Achievement
Award is for all participating dealers who earn a perfect score in key sales and parts categories. Recipients of the Peak Achievement Award could also be honored with a Summit or Alpine Award.
