FleetPride, a large independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has finalized the acquisition of certain assets of Truck & Industrial Supply Co.
FleetPride acquired three Truck & Industrial Supply locations in Wyoming: a 20,000-square-foot facility in Mills/Casper, a 12,500-square-foot branch in Gillette, and a 9,000-square-foot branch in Rock Springs.
The Truck & Industrial Supply acquisition marks FleetPride's first entry into Wyoming. "Historically, FleetPride has performed well in locations where the local economy is driven by the natural gas, oil, or coal industries," says Todd Dunn, FleetPride President and CEO.
Truck & Industrial Supply has been in business since 1976 and its managers have a combined total of 54 years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts.
