FleetPride has acquired the Republic Diesel truck parts and service business, expanding the company’s presence in Indiana and Kentucky.

FleetPride has acquired the Republic Diesel truck parts and service business, expanding the company’s presence in Indiana and Kentucky.
The acquisition includes Republic Fleet’s heavy-duty parts and service operations in Jeffersonville, Ind., as well as several Kentucky locations in Louisville, Lexington and Prestonsburg.

“With the addition of Republic Diesel, FleetPride will now operate eight locations in Kentucky and Indiana, expanding our coverage to both sides of the Ohio River,” said FleetPride CEO Kevin Peters.
As part of the deal, FleetPride will gain 12 ASE-certified repair bays for services such as DOT inspections, on-site inspections, ABS and engine diagnostics and brake repair.
Republic Diesel will continue to operate some of its own locations, including the driveline repair, machining and yard truck business in Louisville, Ky., the Tri-State Machine in Harrogate, Tenn., Center Diesel and Machine in Akron, Ohio and Capacity Yard Trucks in Jeffersonville, Ind.
Webb, which recently acquired the Stemco Trifecta pre-adjusted hub program, will soon start taking orders for its replacement pre-assembled hub, the UltraSet.
