MobileAria is based in Mountain View, Ca.
FleetOutlook is a web-based end-to-end fleet management and security system that provides real-time management of operations.
MobileAria FleetOutlook Management and Security System provides a comprehensive set of applications that run on Delphi’s advanced onboard Truck Productivity Computer (see photo). The unit fits in a trucks normal radio slot and includes AM and FM radio. MobileAria applications include:
--Driver Authentication enables Truck PC and workflow management functions using a secure driver log-in procedure.
--DOT Driver Logs automate input and storage of daily driver logs and provides for viewing, editing and printing using MobileAria’s secure web portal.
--Automated Fuel Tax Recording automatically captures vehicle mileage by state, and provides information.
--Trip Reporting captures workflow data such as vehicle information reports, expenses and customer pickup/drop-off information.
--Fleet Location Tracking allows fleet managers to track all vehicles on demand or with periodic reports through MobileAria’s secure map-based web portal
--Vehicle/Engine Monitoring and Alerts monitor the vehicle J1708 BUS, storing and reporting selectable vehicle maintenance and driver performance information.
--Multi-Mode Communications integrates up to three different wireless communication systems -- satellite, cellular and 802.11b to lower costs.
--TruckSecure increase truck security.
Delphi has secured more than $2.5 billion in future new business for commercial vehicles during the first nine months of 2003, exceeding the company’s target for the entire year. Delphi provides the commercial vehicle industry with a complete portfolio of products including SAE J1455-compliant receivers, satellite digital radios, telematics systems, antennas and entertainment systems.
