Fleetclean Systems, Hardin, TX, has signed a service agreement with Highway Transport Inc. under which Fleetclean's Hahnville, LA, tank cleaning facility will become the South-Louisiana base of operations for Highway Transport.

The Fleetclean property will become Highway's dispatch point and Fleetclean will provide internal tank cleaning and equipment maintenance for the Highway units stationed there.
Over a one-year period, Highway has agreed to a minimum of 50 tank cleanings per month at pre-determined rates. Highway will use Fleetclean's core operations in Hahnville and the company's soon-to-be acquired facility, Sani-Wash of Illinois Inc. (See previous story).
Kenneth Phillips, Fleetclean president and ceo said this latest deal will to more than double the company's total annual revenue this year to over $5 million.
