Through a new agreement, Fleet Engineers will market Mudguard Technologies' V-Flap Product to its customers in North America

Under the deal, Fleet Engineers will take care of the sales, marketing and distribution capabilities, while Mudguard will focus on design and development.

The V-Flap is an aerodynamic mud flap for truck and trailer use that stops water and spray but allows air to pass through its' vertical perforations, lessening the effects of wind drag.

Fleet Engineers is a Muskegon, Mich.-based manufacturer of truck and trailer parts supporting OEM and aftermarket channels. Nashville, Tenn.-based Mudguard Technologies develops new technologies for the transportation industry.
