Fittipaldi Logistics Inc., which develops software focusing on the freight transportation industry, will begin implementing its proprietary Emmologic software to provide visibility of internal assets for Averitt Express' Integrated Services Unit.

Emmologic will incorporate data from QualComm’s OmniTracs mobile communications system, which is used on most of Averitt's fleet.
Fittipaldi Logistics' Emmologic software will enable Averitt to disseminate load and available truck information through a variety of data exchanges and interfaces to current and potential customers and organizations. This approach will enhance asset utilization and Averitt's fleet optimization across all their operating units.
The Averitt solution offers real-time information to its current customer base, giving them the ability to post available assets and loads. The solution will also manage, solicit and provide reporting for carrier organizations, and offer an Averitt price bidding process for specific lanes within the Integrated Services unit.
Fittipaldi Logistics will incorporate data from QualComm’s OmniTracs mobile communications system enabling Emmologic to track assets for availability, position reporting and to maximize data integrity by eliminating the risk of manual data entry errors.
Fittipaldi Logistics will host and manage the on-demand web-based application on dedicated servers offering a high-availability, guaranteed bandwidth to ensure 24/7 reliability of information access and communications.
