Falcon Transport Selects TMWSuite
TMW Systems Inc., Beachwood, Ohio, announced that Falcon Transport Co. has chosen TMWSuite from TMW Systems as the enterprise management software for its automotive, flatbed and general commodities truckload divisions

Falcon is based in Youngstown, Ohio, and operates a fleet of more than 1,000 vehicles. Falcon chose TMWSuite to replace an in-house system.
Falcon has won numerous service awards, including five General Motors Supplier of the Year Awards and three Daimler Chrysler Gold awards. After conducting a thorough cost-benefit analysis for building a new system in house versus purchasing an off-the-shelf solution, Falcon selected TMWSuite.
With TMWSuite, Falcon expects to gain numerous efficiencies from more fully integrating processes into the operating system, including billing, driver settlement and rating. TMW’s TotalMail module, which enables seamless dispatcher-to-driver communication, will improve EDI transactions and integrate with the carrier’s existing QUALCOMM on-board satellite communications units.
Falcon is also implementing ResultsNow by TMW, a web-based, performance-monitoring application that will provide real-time reporting capabilities. Additionally, the carrier is employing The Dawg business activity monitoring tool to trigger an alert for any delivery exception so that Falcon’s personnel can take immediate corrective action.
