EZ Maintenance 2.0 Released
Transportation Maintenance Solutions (TMS), Palm Coast, Fla., has announced the release of EZ Maintenance software version 2.0

Transportation Maintenance Solutions (TMS), Palm Coast, Fla., has announced the release of EZ Maintenance software version 2.0.
“At $1,495.00 complete EZ Maintenance 2.0 is an exceptionally affordable, robust maintenance management software package, said Bill White, president of TMS.
White said Windows-based EZ Maintenance 2.0 is easy to install, setup, and operate, even for people who are not especially computer savvy. There is no limit to the number of vehicles and equipment it can handle. Network ready EZ Maintenance 2.0 is designed to schedule, track, keep histories of and produce work orders for all maintenance on any type of vehicle or equipment.”
One addition to EZ Maintenance 2.0 is a full inventory control module. EZ Maintenance, can be set to use the full inventory module, to use inventory pricing only, or to not use the inventory module at all in day to day maintenance operations.
If EZ Maintenance’s inventory module is set to track pricing only, EZ Maintenance will track the cost of parts and materials used in maintenance and, if desired, the retail price of those parts and materials. If the full inventory module is setup, managers have, at their command, a full inventory control section which will deduct maintenance parts and materials from inventory when work orders are issued.
The inventory module issues purchase orders and requests for bids, tracks materials costs and retail pricing, lists and tracks all vendors and allows for minimum and maximum levels of inventory of specific items to have on hand. When inventory levels run low, EZ Maintenance’s inventory module alerts the operator to reorder, and tracks all parts and materials ordered against purchase orders issued.
Managers can see an narrated video demo of EZ Maintenance 2.0 at www.ez-maintenance.com/fmms.
