DOTAuthority.com, a New York-based consulting firm, has partnered with LoadTraining.com, an Arizona-based load school, to bring one-day load training seminars to the East Coast.
The seminar is a full day training session designed for motor carriers and freight brokers.
Owned and operated by James P. Lamb, a former New York State Motor Carrier Investigator, now a USDOT-licensed Transportation Practitioner, DOTAuthority.com offers services for professional motor carriers and freight brokers, including compliance and application fillings.
DOTAuthority's load training seminar focuses on sales and marketing techniques used by master brokers to book loads directly with shippers. Seminar attendees will be instructed by David Dwinell, master broker and owner of LoadTraining.com. Dwinell regularly teaches start-up carriers how to survive the first two crucial years when many businesses fail; he also helps veteran carriers and brokers learn how to make more profit.
The first session of these monthly seminar offerings is scheduled for Saturday Dec. 18, 2004, at DOTAuthority.com's training facility in Commack, Long Island, N.Y.
The seminar starts at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 5 p.m. Seats are limited and the registration deadline date is Dec. 1, 2004. Anyone interested in attending this information packed seminar can register online at www.dotauthority.com.
