The organizers of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week '09 announced a special deferred billing option and an early registration contest for distributors who plan to attend the February event.
HDAW '09 will be held at the Rosen Centre Hotel and the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., Monday, Feb. 16 through Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009.
Registered distributors can elect to defer their credit card payment for HDAW '09 conference registration until Jan. 2, 2009.
Distributors who register early (and at a reduced fee of $495, a $200 savings off the regular registration fee) from now until Oct. 30, 2008 are automatically entered in a chance to win one grand prize of complimentary hotel accommodations for HDAW 09, and four second prizes of $200 store gift certificates
HDAW is the largest North American gathering of the independent heavy duty industry. More than 1,800 managers and executives from 17 countries including distributors, manufacturers, service providers, educators and media attended the 2008 conference.
