Bennett International Group President and CEO Marcia Taylor was named the 2012 National Transportation Award Winner.

This will mark a historic year for the NDTA, as Taylor is the first female recipient of the award.
The award recognizes senior executives in the logistics and transportation industry who have made exemplary contributions to the industry.
"I am honored and humbled to receive the NDTA National Transportation Award. For me, it represents one of the biggest opportunities we have to serve and support our men and women who are fighting for our country every day and making the ultimate sacrifice for us," said Taylor.
"I am thankful to be the first woman to receive this award and proud to have some of my family that are involved in the company here with me to accept it."
The National Transportation Award was presented Sept. 25, during the 66th Annual NDTA Forum and Expo in Anchorage, Alaska.
