Decisiv, Inc., has integrated its Decisiv Service Management Platform with several dealer business systems, allowing dealers to streamline their business processes.
"Dealer service locations are using the Decisiv Service Management Platform web portal to share information and more effectively communicate with customers throughout a service event," said Dick Hyatt, president of Decisiv. "The integrations we've enabled with ADP Dealer Services, Dealer Solutions International (DSI), Karmak and others retrieve customer and vehicle information from dealer business systems and quickly and seamlessly import it to estimates in the DSMP. Additionally, service event information from the Decisiv platform is exported to repair orders in the dealer business systems. This eliminates duplicate data entry steps, improves efficiency and productivity, and helps assure accuracy."
The integration, available on all Decisiv OE platforms, involves partnerships with ADP Dealer Services, a division of Automatic Data Processing that offers integrated technology solutions to truck dealers; Karmak, a provider of software solutions for business management; and Dealer Solutions, a provider of business system software for the truck and trailer industry.
