Davis will work out of Richmond, Va.
According to Arsenault, Davis has 22 years of transportation experience serving in positions from mechanic to company president. Most of Davis's work experience was with Virginia Overland Transportation Co. where in 1993, he became vice president and general manager for Virginia Overland’s bus service, maintenance, and dealership operations. In 1997 he was named president of the company and continued to serve as its general manager.
Davis’s expertise includes extensive fleet planning and operational coordination. During his tenure at Virginia Overland, he oversaw the launch of new operations and plant expansions in Norfolk and Portsmouth, major business acquisitions and continued bus service contract renewals.
Arsenault president, Charles Arsenault, said Davis will bring the benefit of his own experience using the Dossier Fleet Maintenance Management Software to Arsenault clients to help them reduce and control fleet cost and improve operations.
