Data Trak Technologies, a supply chain provider and integrator of small package and LTL shipping solutions, has acquired the shipping and logistics assets of E-Stamp Corp., Mountain View, Calif.

Data Trak provides transportation management systems designed to help companies streamline their small package and LTL shipping processes.
The assets in this acquisition include E-Stamp's current customer base; service and maintenance agreements; the DigitalShipper name, and the digitalshipper.com Internet domain name. Data Trak will hire the existing E-Stamp sales, support, and service staff, providing uninterrupted service to a customer base including many technology companies.
Data Trak delivers a "mutually designed" shipping process that helps companies to automate and integrate their shipping processes with their internal software processes. This ability to integrate shipping gives companies an end-to-end ability to fulfill their commitments to customers and trading partners.
