McLeod Software, Birmingham, Ala., announced that D & H, an Orem, Utah-based provider of logistics services, has signed a license agreement to purchase LoadMaster version 7.

, McLeod’s proprietary integrated transportation management software system.
According to the McLeod release, D & H chose to replace their existing transportation software system based on McLeod’s reputation and the software’s integration capacities. The “go live” date for the LoadMaster system is planned for this month.
D & H is located in Orem, Utah and is a provider of logistics services for customers and carriers in 48 states and Canada. D & H has agents throughout the U.S. D & H specializes in flatbed, van and special haul services.
D & H also offers a suite of products to small carriers and owner-operators, including dispatch, factoring, billing and collection services. D & H continues to experience strong growth as it expands its customer and carrier base.
D & H is an affiliate of and works closely with William B. Huff Inc., a privately owned transportation company founded in 1948. William B. Huff Inc. has about45 employees and operates approximately 40 tractors and trailers, including various flatbed combinations, maxis, 48' & 53' vans, and 48' walking floors.
