The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance is currently looking to fill two open positions, one for director of driver programs and the other for director of vehicle programs.
The organization seeks applications by Sept. 15.
The director of driver programs would serve as the primary resource of the headquarters staff, the CVSA membership and internal/external stakeholders on commercial and non-commercial driver-related issues and programs. The person would also serve as a key resource on hazardous materials related issues and programs. They would counsel on regulations, legislation, out-of-service criteria, operation and inspection procedures, policies, information systems and technology to the executive director, deputy executive director, executive committee, staff and CVSA Special Committees.
CVSA is also looking for a director of vehicle programs, which will serve as the resource on commercial vehicle issues and programs. Reporting to the deputy executive director, they will plan, organize and implement specific vehicle focused programs and CVSA projects.
