Cummins Engine Co. has introduced two new information systems — RoadRelay 3.2 with InRoads 3.2 and Inform 2.0.
RoadRelay features in-cab software, a new version of InRoads office reporting software and an upgrade to the RoadRelay reprogramming tool software.
Customers can now create custom text and graphics, and expanded export support allows users to move InRoads data into other reporting packages. Software is designed for compatibility with satellite, cellular or hybrid communications systems.
Inform 2.0 identifies trends in changing performance and directs the customer to specific areas that may have caused it. Software features uses a direct connection to the engine ECM to determine how engine is currently performing and gives driver immediate feedback via an optional message board. Reports can be scheduled at regular intervals or run whenever needed.
