Burruss is former president of the Tennessee Trucking Assn. and vice president of the Missouri Motor Carriers Assn. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He was named TCA president in March.
McLeod is the provider of LoadMaster truckload enterprise software. The user conference is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 22 through Saturday, Sept. 25 at the Sheraton Birmingham Convention Center.
