Bridgestone/Firestone and the Tire Retread Information Bureau are co-sponsoring the distribution of more than 100,000 tire inflation brochures at the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance RoadCheck 2001 program
to be held throughout North America June 5-7.
The four-page brochure, "What are the High Costs of Low Air Pressure," is non-commercial and originally appeared in Bridgestone's tire topic magazine, Real Answers.
The brochures will be distributed by highway patrol officers at weigh stations in all 50 states and Canadian provinces and territories during the RoadCheck truck inspection and safety effort.
