Rip Griffin Truck Service Center is selling its Pro Star Truck Service Repair Facility in Weatherford, Texas, to Boss Shops.
Bosselman Company headquartered in Grand Island, Nebraska.
"Our long time relationship with the Bosselman Family provided the opportunity to transition the Pro Star Truck Service Facility to Boss Shops Inc.," said Mark Griffin, president of Rip Griffin Truck Service Center.
The Weatherford location makes a total of 28 Boss Shops in 19 states, making it one of the nation's largest service center chains. As part of the Pilot/Flying J network, Boss Shop customers will gain additional value with coast-to-coast warranty coverage and industry-leading standards of service.
"We're working to broaden our footprint across the country in the truck repair business," said Chuck Bosselman, chairman of the board with Bosselman Inc. "The trucking industry is constantly looking for repair facilities that they can trust to do their over-the-road work for them, and after 62 years in this industry, Boss Shops are targeting that need through quality service and competitive pricing."
The Weatherford Boss Shop is located at 2220 Old Dennis Road, I-20 Exit 406, at the Pilot Travel Center.

Services offered at Boss Shop include tires, quick lube oil changes, and brake, electrical, drive train, air conditioning and other repairs, as well as roadside service. Boss Shops carry tire lines including Bridgestone, Firestone, Michelin, BF Goodrich, Goodyear, and DynaTrac, along with a Chrome Store.
