Northwood University honored HDA Truck Pride COO, Bill Burns, during its annual Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Awards.
The award is presented to individuals in the Automotive Aftermarket field who have made noteworthy contributions to education, on any level, inside or outside of the industry.
Burns, a 26-year veteran of the aftermarket industry, was the chief executive officer of Truck Pride Partners, LLC before being named chief operating officer of the then newly merged HDA Truck Pride in August of 2010. Bill serves the aftermarket providing his expertise and knowledge at various industry gatherings and workshops, as well as frequent interviews with the aftermarket media.
The ceremony was held Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV during the AAPEX/SEMA conference.
