Betts Truck Parts & Service announced that it would be providing advanced drivetrain product support by making its drivetrain products manager available to customers.
The drivetrain products manager, Shawn Mahoney, will be available to support the eight Betts Truck Parts & Service locations in Arizona, California and Oregon. He will assist customers with training in the field and with technical support over telephone.

“When it comes to drivetrain products, whether transmissions, differentials, clutches or related components, Shawn is our resident expert,” said John Devany, sales manager at Betts. “His valuable experience is available to help our customers succeed in the challenging and competitive environment they face each day.”
Mahoney worked for Eaton for 11 years where he became an expert in drivetrains in his role as the training manager, according to Betts. He also has experience with fleet software systems working as a sales manager for Cetaris and TMW Systems.
Webb, which recently acquired the Stemco Trifecta pre-adjusted hub program, will soon start taking orders for its replacement pre-assembled hub, the UltraSet.
