Bergstrom Appoints Industry Veterans to Key Roles
Bill Gordon has been appointed to the role of division president of Bergstrom Parts and David Stoos was named director of new business at Bergstrom Inc.

Gordon’s role as division president was a newly created position within the company. He will oversee management of all Bergstrom Parts in North America as well as the U.S. distribution of the company’s international aftermarket A/C parts.
Bergstrom is a designer and manufacturer of cab climate systems for heavy-duty commercial trucks, off-highway vehicles and specialty vehicles.
“The creation of this position is to further strengthen the coordination of Bergstrom Parts and Bergstrom China and to leverage the strengths of both entities in order to grow this very important part of our company,” said Jack Shaffer, president and CEO of Bergstrom Inc. “Bill has more than three decades of experience in the trucking industry, during which he has created a valuable network of relationships.”
Gordon is a 30-year veteran of the industry and had previously served as the global vice president of truck sales and vice president of aftermarket and NITE sales. Before joining Bergstrom he was with Sears Manufacturing where he was director of sales.
In his role as the director of new business at Bergstrom, Stoos will be concentrating on growing sales for Bergstrom Standard Products and Solar. Prior to his new role, Stoos was the regional manager for the past seven years at Bergstrom, promoting HVAC and climate solutions to off-road fleets and OEMs.
He was previously with Remy Inc., and General Motors Service Parts.
"Dave is a talented salesman who recognizes the huge opportunities in the marketplace and will help continue to grow this company,” said Shaffer.
