Averitt Express, Cookville, Tenn., is soliciting customer feedback on its web site regarding on the company’s range of freight transportation and logistics services.
The new web link, which Averitt is calling "Share Your Experience," is at the bottom of the company’s home page at www.averittexpress.com.
"We're treating the 'Share Your Experience' tool as the 'voice of the customer,'" said Phil Pierce, Averitt's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "Most of the 'Talk to Us' sites on the web right now are merely e-mail links. We're going after true, specific feedback, which if used properly will benefit our customers and us."
Averitt's "Share Your Experience" page offers a form that asks specific questions regarding Averitt's LTL, expedited, truckload, dedicated, logistics and international services. The form also allows comments on individual Averitt employees.
