Autocar LLC has added eight new dealers to its dealer network in the western United States to sell the low-cabover Xpeditor trucks.
The company has signed agreements with Phoenix-based Trucks West, Central Valley Trucks of Fresno, Calif., RDO Truck Center of Riverside, Calif., Husky Truck Center, Seattle, HT&T Co. of Honolulu, Grande Truck Center of San Antonio, Texas, Truck West of New Mexico, Albuquerque, and Lonestar Trucks of Buda, Texas.
These new locations will join two existing Autocar dealers in the region: Lonestar Trucks of Houston and Oakland Truck Center of Oakland, Calif.
Each dealer will market and support the Autocar Xpeditor, a heavy-duty LCOE truck that is widely used in refuse collection and in other vocational markets. Autocar now has a total of 24 dealer locations in major markets across the United States.
Autocar LLC was formed in July 2001, when parent company Grand Vehicle Works Holdings, LLC purchased the Autocar name and the Xpeditor truck line from Volvo Trucks North America.
