Coinciding with the company’s first year anniversary, Autocar LLC announced that it has become the sole supplier of parts that are exclusive to all WX and WXLL Xpeditor vehicles.

The company has opened a new parts center of operations and two distribution facilities - one in West Chicago, Ill., and the other in Reno, Nev. It has also created the new Autocar Parts Customer Service Call Center. And to increase the speed and accuracy of parts delivery, the company now offers on-line parts identification and ordering capability to its network of Autocar parts outlets located throughout the United States and Canada.
Initially, Autocar will provide its dealers and customers with all part numbers that are exclusive to the Xpeditor. These part numbers will remain the same as the previously published part numbers. Over the next four to six weeks, Autocar will expand the exclusive parts offering to include proprietary parts as well, such as the popular T-ride suspension, in addition to other high-volume, commonly used vendor parts.
The Autocar Parts Customer Service Call Center, which can be reached by calling toll-free 866-878-5980, is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time. The center is staffed by experienced parts professionals.
