ArvinMeritor Upgrades Web Site
Component supplier ArvinMeritor has upgraded the product and services section of its web site at www.arvinmeritor.com/products

Component supplier ArvinMeritor has upgraded the product and services section of its web site at www.arvinmeritor.com/products.
Prompted by customer input, the company added new content and system functionality. In addition, several layers of navigation were removed, enabling customers to quickly locate product and service information.
The new content includes more than 20 different product lines, with a redesign of its electronic Technical Library where customers can access over 300 service and maintenance publications. Customers can also access online parts catalogs or communicate directly with the ArvinMeritor sales and service departments.
Product news, a listing of trade events, and links to other industry associations allow for a "one-stop shopping" experience for ArvinMeritor's automotive customers.
"In addition to the overall reorganization, we've added an industry-specific information and news feature that will create a knowledge repository for our web users, saving them valuable time," said Lin Cummins, ArvinMeritor's senior vice president of communications.
