Arsenault Associates, a leading developer of fleet maintenance management software, has opened its new Technology and Development Center in West Chester, Pa., according to Charles Arsenault, CEO.

"This new office is devoted exclusively to technical development," Arsenault said.
Arsenault's technical development staff is responsible for product development, corporate technical infrastructure and operating systems, as well as software programming and customer-lead innovations to Arsenault's intuitive maintenance management solution, Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software.
The West Chester office will be headed by Grant Davis, who joined Arsenault as director of information Technology in March. Davis is a noted IT expert with more than 20 years' experience in software design and development, strategic IT planning, network administration and e-commerce. West Chester, Pa., located in suburban Philadelphia, is home to West Chester University and numerous other technology businesses.
Arsenault moved its corporate headquarters to Burlington, N.J., in September 2006. The company's business, training and customer support will remain in Burlington, which is convenient to Philadelphia and New York airports, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
In addition to product development and internal systems management, the new West Chester office will be responsible for Arsenault's web site at www.arsenaultt.biz, as well as its hosted services such as Dossier 24/7 Fleet Online ASP.
