Arsenault Associates, Atco, N.J., developers of Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software, has expanded its operations to include a Southwest regional sales office in Houston, Texas.

At the same time, Arsenault announced it has hired Sidney B. Nice as director, sales & business development, to manage its Southwest U.S. account base.
Arsenault Associates is shifting from a centralized sales operation based in New Jersey to a distributed sales organization with resources in key locations closer to its growing and widely distributed international customer base.
