Maintenance software provider Arsenault Associates of Atco, N.J.. has launched a redesigned and newly functional web site at www.truckfleet.com
Maintenance software provider Arsenault Associates of Atco, N.J.. has launched a redesigned and newly functional web site at www.truckfleet.com.
The site features new design and virtual experiences called the Training Room and the Showroom.
The Training Room places a trainer and remote trainee in the same virtual space on the Internet. Customers enter the Training Room with an Arsenault-supplied password by appointment and speak with a trainer over the phone. Both the student and the trainer see the same screen at their remote locations, but the trainer will be able to take over the mouse on the learner's screen.
The trainer can answer questions with specific demonstrations, walking a student through a process. Similarly, customers can enter the Showroom by appointment and meet an Arsenault sales representative, who can answer specific questions with instant demonstrations.
The new site is friendly to visitors using America Online or its subsidiary service, CompuServe. At the home page, AOL users can select a special version of the site optimized for their browsers.
Arsenault Associates provides Dossier32 fleet maintenance software and 24/7 Fleet
Online, an Application Software Provider version of Dossier32 over the Internet.
