Arsenault Associates Inc., the Burlington, N.J.-based provider of fleet maintenance management solutions, said it grew more than 31.6 percent during 2006 by enhancing its Dossier fleet maintenance software capabilities
and expanding its technology product and service offerings.
Founder and CEO Charles Arsenault said that Arsenault Associates acquired 54 new Dossier fleet software customers last year, and 246 new 24/7 Fleet Online ASP Internet fleet users.
According to Arsenault, growth was spurred by a combination of factors, such as the introduction of a number of software enhancements and adding to its management staff, including naming Jack Boetefuer as company president and promoting Andrea Harper to corporate controller. He said the company also added to its technical support staff.
Other items adding to corporate growth included a new release of Dossier Version 4.3, a new customer-management feature to handle external fleet maintenance customers; a data import feature that eliminates data entry of external vendor repair orders and invoices; web site enhancement devoted to customers with resource center, user forums and surveys; predictive PM scheduling; and other technology products and services.
Arsenault said the company looks forward to a number of announcements in the year ahead, including a different type of tire-tracking solution available in Dossier and a national fleet maintenance software and technology research project in conjunction with Drexel University.
Arsenault has provided maintenance management expertise since 1979. Its Dossier software serves a growing customer base of more than 3,000 commercial fleets. Dossier manages a variety of vehicles including tractors, trailers, trucks, buses and autos, plus construction and material handling equipment.
